Annelise Schroeder: The Rising Star of Olympians Cariocas
Reporter: Annelise, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. You've been gaining a lot of attention for your exceptional skill on the field. How does it feel to be labeled as a rising star?
Annelise Schroeder: Thank you for having me. It's definitely a great feeling to be recognized for my hard work and dedication to the sport. I just try to give my best every time I step onto the pitch and I'm grateful that it's being noticed.
Reporter: You haven't had a chance to play any matches this season. Can you tell us a bit about your mindset and how you're staying prepared for when you do get the opportunity?
Annelise Schroeder: It's been tough not being able to play, but I've been working hard in training to stay sharp and ready for when my chance comes. I know that I have to be patient and keep putting in the work to prove myself to the coach.
Reporter: We've heard that you enjoy playing against GRR. What is it about that club that brings out the best in you?
Annelise Schroeder: GRR always play a tough, physical game, which I thrive on. I enjoy the challenge of going up against their defense and finding ways to break through. It's always a good match when we face off against them.
Reporter: And finally, we've heard that you're starting to adopt healthier habits to prolong your career. Can you tell us more about that change in lifestyle?
Annelise Schroeder: Yes, as a young player, I didn't always make the healthiest choices off the field. But now, I'm starting to focus more on my diet and fitness to make sure I can continue playing at a high level for as long as possible. Less fast food, more keto, and lots of water and rest. It's all part of the journey to becoming the best player I can be.
