Sacrifices are inevitable; I don't have much time for friends or fun outside of football. But it's a sacrifice I willingly make to become the best I can be.

Anushka Olszewski: Definitely. With age comes a greater understanding of the importance of taking care of oneself. When I was younger, I may not have been the most health-conscious player on the pitch, but now I'm progressively adopting healthier habits. I've started paying more attention to my diet, opting for a keto approach and eliminating fast food. It's essential to take care of my body and ensure I can continue playing at a high level for as long as possible.
