Barts Hospital's Cheryn Paik: A Rising Star on the Field
Interviewer: Cheryn, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start by talking about your recent form. You've been exceptional on the pitch, but unfortunately, we haven't seen you in any matches this season. Can you tell us why that is?
Cheryn: Thank you for having me. Yes, it's been a bit frustrating not being able to showcase my skills in matches this season. I've been dealing with a minor injury that has kept me sidelined, but I'm working hard to get back to full fitness as soon as possible.
Interviewer: That's understandable. We hope to see you back on the pitch soon. Can you tell us about your practice ethics and how you stay in shape off the pitch?
Cheryn: I take my career very seriously, so I always make sure to put in the extra work during training sessions. My coach appreciates my dedication and work ethic. In terms of staying healthy off the pitch, I've been making some changes to my diet, focusing on eating healthier and incorporating more keto-friendly options.
Interviewer: It's great to hear that you're taking steps to prolong your career. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against. Why is SAV your preferred opponent?
Cheryn: SAV has always been a tough competitor, and I thrive on the challenge they bring to the game. Playing against them pushes me to perform at my best and I always look forward to facing them on the field.
Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Cheryn: Well, not many people know this, but I actually have a twin brother who also plays professional football. We've always been competitive with each other, but we also support and push each other to be the best we can be.
Interviewer: That's fascinating! Thank you for sharing that with us, Cheryn. We wish you a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing you back on the pitch soon.
