Berlin Mayhem Midfielder Ailin Mamedov Talks About His Season So Far
Interviewer: Ailin, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start with your current form this season. You've been exceptional on the pitch, but have yet to score a goal or provide an assist. How do you feel about your performances so far?
Ailin Mamedov: Thank you for having me. It's been a bit frustrating not to have contributed in terms of goals or assists, but I believe I've been playing well and helping the team in other ways. I know the goals and assists will come eventually if I keep working hard.
Interviewer: You mentioned working hard. How would you describe your practice ethics?
Ailin Mamedov: I wouldn't say I'm the hardest worker on the team, but I definitely put in the work required to meet the expectations of the club. I also make sure to have fun while doing it, as it's important to enjoy what you do.
Interviewer: That's a great attitude to have. How have you been taking care of your health as you've gotten older?
Ailin Mamedov: When I was younger, I wasn't the most health-conscious player on the pitch. However, with age and experience, I've been gradually adopting healthier habits to prolong my career. I've been cutting down on fast food and focusing more on a keto diet to stay in top shape.
Interviewer: Interesting to hear that you're making changes for your long-term health. Now, what's your favorite club to play against?
Ailin Mamedov: Definitely OSV. The matches against them are always intense and competitive, which I love. It brings out the best in me as a player.
Interviewer: Lastly, can you tell us a random interesting fact about your life off the pitch?
Ailin Mamedov: One interesting fact is that I'm actually a talented painter. I love expressing myself through art and it's a great way for me to relax and unwind away from the football pitch.
