Whether it's spending time with friends or enjoying a night out, I make sure to take time for myself to recharge and have fun.
Interviewer: You have had quite a few challenges in terms of healthiness, from partying all night before a cup final to playing through injuries and concussions. How do you manage to overcome these obstacles and still perform at a high level?
Malayah Kona: It's all about mental toughness and determination. I have had to push through some tough times, but I always try to stay positive and focus on the game. I know that my body may not age well, but I am willing to take risks and make sacrifices in order to achieve my goals on the pitch.

Malayah Kona: Well, I am actually fluent in three different languages - English, French, and Swahili. I love learning about different cultures and languages, and it has been a passion of mine since I was young.
