Cortney Chastain: Thank you for having me. I think my strong work ethic and dedication to improving my skills both on and off the pitch have played a big role in my recent form. I take my career very seriously and always strive to be the best player I can be.
Interviewer: It's great to hear that you are so dedicated to your craft. How do you balance your serious approach to training with letting loose once in a while?
Cortney Chastain: It's all about finding the right balance. I know that taking care of my body and staying focused during training sessions is crucial to my success, but I also understand the importance of relaxing and enjoying life outside of football. It helps me recharge and come back even stronger.
Interviewer: That's a smart approach. Speaking of taking care of your body, we've heard that you are focusing on adopting healthier habits as you progress in your career. Can you tell us a bit more about that?
Cortney Chastain: Yes, as a young player, I may not have been the most health-conscious on the pitch. But as I grow older and gain more experience, I realize the importance of taking care of my body to prolong my career. I've been cutting down on fast food and switching to a more keto-friendly diet to keep myself in top shape.
