Don Willz | BBZ F.C.: An Inspiring Leader

Don Willz has been the manager of BBZ F.C. since the team first joined the Open League in January of 2019. Before coming to BBZ F.C., Don had no real managerial experience. Nevertheless, he has led the team to a surprisingly successful first season.

Despite their lack of experience, Don has inspired his team to play a competitive, attacking style of football. Don has implemented a 4-4-2 formation that allows BBZ F.C. to capitalize on the strengths of its players while maintaining a strong defensive shape.

Don is a passionate leader, and his enthusiasm has been contagious among his players. He has been able to instill a sense of camaraderie that has been reflected in the team's results. This season, the club has won four games and drawn two.

Although their record may not be spectacular, Don's impact on the team has been undeniable. This is especially true when one considers the team's limited resources and inexperience. Don has managed to keep the team in the top half of the Open League table and given them a fighting chance of progressing to the upper leagues.
