Enes Akin: Mumbai Leopards Defender Talks About Recent Form and Favorite Opponent

Interviewer: Enes, you have been in exceptional form this season for Mumbai Leopards. What do you attribute this success to?

Enes Akin: Thank you. I think my experience and skill as a defender have really helped me this season. I have been able to read the game well and make important tackles when needed.

Interviewer: You have played 4 matches so far this season. How do you think the team has been performing overall?

Enes Akin: We have had a bit of a rough start, currently ranking 9th out of 10 teams. However, I believe we have the talent to turn things around and climb up the table.

Interviewer: Your favorite club to play against is GIZ. Why is that?

Enes Akin: I always enjoy the challenge that GIZ presents. They have a strong attacking lineup, so it pushes me to be at my best defensively.

Interviewer: Your favorite formation is 4-3-3. How do you think this formation benefits your style of play?

Enes Akin: I prefer a more defensive style of play, so having three midfielders in front of me helps provide extra cover. It allows me to focus on my defensive duties while still contributing to the attack when needed.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share an interesting fact about your life off the pitch?

Enes Akin: One interesting fact about me is that I am also an avid chess player. I find that it helps me improve my strategic thinking on the football field as well.

Interviewer: Thank you for your time, Enes. Good luck for the rest of the season with Mumbai Leopards.

Enes Akin: Thank you, I appreciate it.
