Heidy Lehman: Thank you! Well, my love for football started at a very young age. I grew up in a small town where we had a local club, and I used to watch their matches with my family. From that moment on, I knew I wanted to become a professional football player.

Interviewer: That's wonderful! Now, as an experienced defender, you must have encountered many challenges throughout your career. How do you maintain such exceptional form?

Heidy Lehman: It's all about dedication and hard work. I take my career very seriously, both on and off the pitch. I invest a lot of time in training and improving my skills. My coach appreciates my work ethics, and that motivates me to keep pushing myself. However, I also believe in finding a balance, so I know how to have fun and let loose once in a while.

Interviewer: That's a great perspective. Speaking of your club, what do you like most about playing for Olympians Cariocas?

Heidy Lehman: One of the things I appreciate the most about Olympians Cariocas is that they pay their players well. It shows that they value us and want us to focus solely on our career. When players are financially secure, they can perform better on the pitch.

Interviewer: That's definitely an important aspect. Moving on, can you tell us about your favorite club to play against?

Heidy Lehman: It would have to be OIL. The matches against them are always intense and highly competitive. There's this fierce rivalry between our clubs, and it brings out the best in me. I always look forward to those matches.

Heidy Lehman: I prefer the 4-4-2 formation, as it allows me to contribute both defensively and offensively. I love playing an attacking style of football, being involved in the build-up play, and even scoring goals when the opportunity arises.

Heidy Lehman: Well, as a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started adopting healthier habits, like reducing fast food intake and following a keto diet. It's been a positive change, and I believe it will help me prolong my career.
