Exceptional Midfielder Dilara Alper Talks Club Culture and Sacrifices

Interviewer: Dilara Alper, thank you for joining us today. Let's start with the recent success of Mumbai Leopards. How do you feel about the team's current ranking as the second-best team in the league?

Dilara Alper: Thank you for having me. It's a great feeling to see Mumbai Leopards performing so well this season. We've been working hard as a team, and our exceptional form has definitely contributed to our success. However, there's still a long way to go, and we'll continue giving our best to reach the top spot.

Interviewer: As an experienced player, what do you believe is the key to building a successful team chemistry and culture within a club?

Dilara Alper: I believe that investing in team chemistry and culture is vital for any club's success. It's not just about individual performances but also about how well we can work together as a unit. Building trust, understanding each other's strengths and weaknesses, and fostering a positive environment are all crucial aspects. When players feel comfortable and motivated, it reflects on the field, and it becomes easier to achieve our collective goals.

Interviewer: Your work ethic is well-known, with reports suggesting that you prioritize your football career over everything else. Can you elaborate on this dedication and the sacrifices you've made?

Dilara Alper: Football is my life, and I'm willing to make any sacrifice to succeed in this sport. From a young age, I've devoted myself entirely to becoming the best player I can be. It means sacrificing friendships, social activities, and even personal time. While it may seem extreme, I believe it's necessary to excel in a highly competitive field like professional football. Every day, I strive to improve, and that requires complete focus and dedication.

Interviewer: With age and experience, have you made any changes to your lifestyle or habits to ensure a prolonged career?

Dilara Alper: Absolutely. As I've grown older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body to prolong my career. In the past, I may not have been the most health-conscious player on the pitch, but now I've adopted healthier habits. I've become more conscious of my diet, opting for a keto-based approach and avoiding fast food. Additionally, I prioritize recovery and listen to my body, ensuring I give it the rest and care it needs.

Interviewer: Among all the clubs you've played against, which one stands out as your favorite and why?

Dilara Alper: If I had to choose, I'd say REV is my favorite club to play against. They always bring out the best in us and provide a tough challenge. The matches against them are intense and highly competitive, which I thrive on as a player. It's always a joy to face off against a team that pushes us to our limits.

Interviewer: What is your favorite formation to play in, and how does it suit your play style?

Dilara Alper: My favorite formation is the 4-2-3-1. It provides a perfect balance between defensive solidity and attacking flair. As a midfielder, this formation allows me to contribute both defensively and offensively. It suits my style of play as I can control the game from the center and create scoring opportunities for my teammates.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share an interesting fact about your life that most people may not know?

Dilara Alper: Well, a random fact about me is that I'm an avid painter. During my free time, I enjoy expressing myself through art. It's a way for me to relax and unleash my creativity outside of football. Painting also allows me to explore different perspectives and emotions, which I believe enhances my performance on the pitch.

Interviewer: Thank you, Dilara Alper, for giving us insights into your football journey and experiences. We wish you continued success with Mumbai Leopards and your future endeavors.

Dilara Alper: Thank you for having me. It was a pleasure sharing my thoughts. I'll keep working hard to contribute to the team's success.
