Tarisa Dicky: I believe that taking care of my body is just as important as honing my skills on the field. I make sure to eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough rest to ensure that I am in peak physical condition. It's all about finding a balance between pushing myself to the limit in training and taking care of my health off the pitch.
