Exclusive Interview: Maude Barrett on the Rise at Lagos Sunshine FC

Maude Barrett: It's been a great season so far for me personally. I've been able to showcase my skills on the pitch and help the team in any way I can. I'm just grateful for the opportunity to play at this level.
Interviewer: Your practice ethics have been praised by your coach. Can you tell us more about your dedication to improving your game?
Maude Barrett: I take my career very seriously. I believe that hard work pays off, so I make sure to put in the extra hours both on and off the pitch. It's important to me to constantly strive to be the best player I can be.
Interviewer: You've played against many teams in your career. Is there a particular club that stands out to you as a favorite opponent?
Maude Barrett: I always enjoy playing against AVL. They have a strong team and it's always a tough match, but I thrive in those competitive situations.
Interviewer: With your favorite formation being 4-5-1, what do you think is the key to success with this setup?
Maude Barrett: I think the key is balance. It allows for both defensive solidity and attacking opportunities. It's a formation that suits my style of play well.
Interviewer: Lastly, can you share with us an interesting fact about your life off the pitch?
Maude Barrett: Well, I'm actually a talented musician in my spare time. I play the guitar and love to write songs. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind after a tough match.
