Exclusive Interview: Sigmund Kessler Talks About His Exceptional Form and Healthy Habits

Reporter: Sigmund, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us for this interview. Let's start off by talking about your recent exceptional form on the pitch. Despite not having played any matches this season, you have been turning heads with your performances in training. How have you managed to stay in such great shape and maintain your level of play?
Sigmund: Thank you for having me. Well, it's all about taking care of myself both on and off the pitch. As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of adopting healthier habits to prolong my career. I've been cutting down on fast food and following a keto diet to keep my body in top condition. And of course, I put in the work during training to stay sharp and ready for whenever my name is called.
Reporter: That's great to hear! It's always important to take care of your body as a professional athlete. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against, GYM. What is it about facing them on the pitch that gets you excited?
Sigmund: Playing against GYM is always a challenge, but I thrive in those high-pressure situations. They have a strong attack, so it's up to me to lead the defense and keep them at bay. It's a true test of my skills as a defender, and I always look forward to the challenge.
Reporter: And speaking of your defensive skills, what is your favorite formation and play style on the pitch?
Sigmund: My favorite formation is definitely the 4-2-3-1, as it allows me to anchor the defense and provide support to the midfield. I love the art of defending and shutting down the opposition's attack. It's a gritty and physical style of play that I excel in.
Reporter: Lastly, before we wrap up, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans might not know about?
Sigmund: Well, one thing that fans might not know is that I have a passion for cooking. In my free time, I love experimenting with new recipes and creating delicious meals for myself and my teammates. It's a great way for me to unwind and relax outside of football.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Sigmund. It's been a pleasure speaking with you and learning more about your life on and off the pitch. Best of luck with the rest of the season!
Sigmund: Thank you, it's been a pleasure.
