Exclusive Interview with Alberta SC Defender Josef Frey
Reporter: Josef, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start with your recent form, which has been exceptional. How do you attribute your strong performances this season?
Josef: Thank you. I think it comes down to my dedication to constantly improving my skills and staying focused on the pitch. I also have a great support system in my teammates and coaching staff, which motivates me to give my best every match.
Reporter: It's clear that your practice ethics play a big role in your success. Can you tell us more about how you manage to balance hard work and relaxation?
Josef: Yes, I take my career very seriously and invest a lot of time into training and improving my game. However, I also know the importance of taking breaks and enjoying life off the pitch. I like to unwind by spending time with friends and family, and occasionally indulging in some good food.
Reporter: Speaking of food, we've heard that you've been adopting healthier habits as you get older. Can you tell us more about that transition?
Josef: Yes, as a younger player, I didn't pay much attention to my diet. But as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been focusing on eating more nutritious meals and cutting back on fast food, opting for a more keto-friendly diet.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against, COP. What is it about those matches that you enjoy?
Josef: Playing against COP always brings out the competitive spirit in me. The matches are intense, and I thrive in that kind of high-pressure environment. It's always a challenge, but I love the adrenaline rush that comes with competing against them.
Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us an interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Josef: One interesting fact about me is that I used to be a talented pianist before I pursued a career in football. Music has always been a passion of mine, and I still enjoy playing the piano in my free time.
