Vadim Manca: I really appreciate clubs that invest in team chemistry and culture. It's important for me to feel like I am part of a family when I step onto the pitch.

Reporter: Your practice ethics are known to be extremely intense. Can you tell us more about your dedication to improving as a footballer?

Vadim Manca: My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I work tirelessly to get better every day, pushing myself to the limit.

Reporter: That's impressive dedication. How have your health habits changed over the years?

Vadim Manca: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I've started adopting healthier habits to prolong my career. Less fast food and more keto diet for me now.

Vadim Manca: I always look forward to playing against AVL. The matches are always intense and challenging, which pushes me to perform at my best.
