Lera Kozak: It's all about finding that balance. When I'm on the pitch, I give it my all and focus on improving my game. But off the pitch, I know how to relax and enjoy time with friends and family. It's important to have that balance in order to stay mentally and physically fit for the game.

Interviewer: You've been known to be less health-conscious on the pitch earlier in your career. How have you been working to improve your habits as you've gotten older?

Lera Kozak: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been working with nutritionists and trainers to adopt healthier eating habits and exercise routines. It's made a big difference in my performance and overall well-being.

Interviewer: Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against, IDF. What is it about that matchup that you enjoy?

Lera Kozak: Playing against IDF is always a tough challenge, but I thrive in those high-pressure situations. I enjoy the competitive nature of those matches and it brings out the best in me as a player.

Interviewer: Finally, being on the club's transfer list, how are you handling that uncertainty?

Lera Kozak: It's part of the game. As a player, you have to be prepared for anything. I'm just focusing on giving my best for Alberta SC and letting my performance speak for itself. Whatever happens in the future, I'll be ready for the next challenge.
