Exclusive Interview with Alberta SC's Young Forward Velicia Rista
Reporter: Velicia, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start by addressing the fact that you haven't scored any goals this season. How do you plan on turning that around?
Velicia: Well, it's definitely something I'm aware of and working on improving. I've been focusing on setting up my teammates for goals with assists instead. I believe in contributing to the team in any way I can, whether it's scoring or assisting.
Reporter: Your recent form has been exceptional despite not scoring goals. What do you attribute this success to?
Velicia: I think it's a combination of hard work and the support of my teammates. Even though I may not be the most health-conscious player on the pitch, I'm trying to adopt healthier habits to prolong my career and improve my performance.
Reporter: You've been described as having a wide range of interests outside of football. How do you balance your passion for the game with your other pursuits?
Velicia: Football is definitely important to me, but so is having fun and spending time with my family. I try to find a balance between my various interests, and I believe that it ultimately makes me a more well-rounded person and player.
Reporter: What's your favorite part about playing against SYC?
Velicia: I always enjoy the challenge of playing against SYC. It pushes me to be a better player and helps me improve my skills on the pitch.
Reporter: Finally, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?
Velicia: I actually have a passion for cooking and experimenting with different recipes in my spare time. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind after a tough match.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Velicia. We wish you the best of luck in the rest of the season with Alberta SC.
