Exclusive Interview with Barts Hospital Defender Wai Dong

Reporter: Wai Dong, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start with your current club, Barts Hospital. What made you choose to join them?

Wai Dong: I like clubs who want to win at all costs, and Barts Hospital fit that criteria. I thrive in competitive environments and I believe this club can push me to be the best player I can be.

Reporter: Your recent form has been exceptional, but you haven't played any matches this season. Can you explain why?

Wai Dong: Unfortunately, I have been dealing with some injuries that have kept me sidelined. But rest assured, I am working tirelessly to get back on the pitch as soon as possible.

Reporter: Your practice ethics are well-known, with a singular focus on becoming a better footballer. Can you tell us more about your dedication to the game?

Wai Dong: Football is my life. I will do whatever it takes to improve and succeed, even if it means sacrificing everything else. I have no friends, no fun. Just work, all day, every day.

Reporter: It's clear that your commitment to the sport is unwavering. What about your health? How do you manage to play through injuries and concussions?

Wai Dong: My body is a ruin, not a temple. I have partied all night before a cup final and played through pain. I know it's not sustainable in the long run, but I am willing to do whatever it takes to achieve my goals.

Reporter: Moving on to the pitch, what is your favorite club to play against?

Wai Dong: COP. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a tough battle when we face off.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us your favorite formation and play style?

Wai Dong: I prefer a 4-2-3-1 formation with an attacking play style. I love getting forward and contributing to the team's attacking play.

Reporter: Thank you for your time, Wai Dong. One last question - can you share a random interesting fact about your life with our readers?

Wai Dong: I used to be a professional chess player before I fully committed to football. It taught me strategy and mental toughness, skills that have helped me on the pitch.
