Berta Huffman: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started eating healthier, focusing on a more keto-friendly diet, and making sure to get enough rest and recovery time. It's all about balance and longevity in this game.

Berta Huffman: Well, not many people know this, but I have a passion for painting. It's my way of unwinding and expressing myself creatively outside of football. It's a different side of me that not many get to see.
