Nicola Valenti: Thank you for having me. I believe that my experience and knowledge of the game have helped me maintain my fitness levels even without playing matches. I have been working hard in training and focusing on my health to ensure that I am ready when the opportunity arises.

Interviewer: Speaking of health, you have been known to have a more relaxed approach to fitness in the past. How have you changed your habits to prolong your career?

Nicola Valenti: As a young player, I didn't always prioritize my health as much as I should have. But with age and experience, I have come to realize the importance of taking care of my body. I have started adopting healthier habits, such as following a keto diet and cutting down on fast food. It's all about finding the right balance.

Interviewer: That's great to hear. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against, MAR. What is it about facing them that you enjoy?

Nicola Valenti: MAR is a tough opponent, but I always relish the challenge of playing against them. They bring out the best in me and push me to elevate my game. It's always a thrilling experience to face off against such a formidable team.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life that fans may not know?

Nicola Valenti: Well, one thing that fans might not know about me is that I am actually a certified scuba diver. I love exploring the underwater world and find it to be a relaxing and peaceful escape from the pressures of football. It's a hobby that I enjoy whenever I have the chance.
