Exclusive Interview with Blue Devils Busan Goalkeeper Tan Shi
Reporter: Tan Shi, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent exceptional form this season. What do you attribute to your success on the field?
Tan Shi: Thank you for having me. Well, I believe my strong work ethic and dedication to the sport have played a significant role in my performance this season. I am constantly striving to improve and push myself to be the best goalkeeper I can be.
Reporter: It's clear that you have a passion for the game. Can you tell us a bit about your practice ethics and how you maintain your level of play?
Tan Shi: My practice ethics are extremely high. I will do whatever it takes to get better, even if it means sacrificing other aspects of my life. I don't have many friends or much time for fun because my only goal is to thrive as a footballer. I work all day, every day to ensure I am at the top of my game.
Reporter: That level of dedication is truly impressive. How do you manage to stay healthy and perform at such a high level, especially considering your partying habits and willingness to play through injuries?
Tan Shi: (laughs) Well, I must admit that my body is more of a ruin than a temple. I have partied all night before cup finals and powered through injuries and concussions. But somehow, I always manage to bounce back and continue performing. Maybe I won't age well, but for now, I am focused on giving my all on the field.
Reporter: As a goalkeeper, you must have a favorite club to play against. Can you tell us who that is and why?
Tan Shi: My favorite club to play against is HOS. I always enjoy the challenge they present, and it motivates me to give my best performance.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Tan Shi: Well, despite my intense focus on the game, I have a secret passion for cooking. I find it to be a relaxing and creative outlet that allows me to unwind after a long day of training.
Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Tan Shi. We wish you continued success on the field with Blue Devils Busan.
Tan Shi: Thank you for having me.
