Josef: I believe my work ethic is what sets me apart. I am willing to do everything it takes to improve and succeed on the field. My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me.

Reporter: That is quite a dedicated mindset. How do you manage to maintain such high levels of performance on a consistent basis?
Josef: I have a relentless drive to succeed. I am always pushing myself to be better, even if it means pushing my body to its limits. I have played through injuries and concussions, and I will continue to do whatever it takes to win.

Reporter: Speaking of winning, you mentioned that you like clubs who want to win at all costs. What is it about Blue Devils Busan that made you want to join them?
Josef: Blue Devils Busan has a winning mentality that matches my own. The club is determined to be the best, and I want to be a part of that success. I thrive in competitive environments where everyone is focused on achieving the ultimate goal.

Reporter: That competitive spirit must be what drives you to excel on the field. Finally, what are your thoughts on your current team ranking and your personal performance this season?
Josef: I am proud of the team's current ranking, but I know we can do even better. As for my personal performance, I am always looking to improve and contribute more to the team. I have scored one goal this season, but I am hungry for more.
