Taira: I believe in having a balanced approach to health. I try to eat well, exercise regularly, and get enough rest. It's all about finding that balance between taking care of yourself and enjoying life. It's worked well for me so far.

Taira: My favorite club to play against is GYM. They always put on a good show for the fans, and it's always a tough but exciting match. My favorite formation is 4-4-2, and I love defending. I take pride in keeping a clean sheet and helping my team secure victories.
