Exclusive Interview with Cobras United Defender Derin Kilic

Derin Kilic: Thank you for having me. I think my work ethic and dedication to improving my skills have really paid off this season. I spend a lot of time both on and off the pitch working on my game.

Reporter: Your practice ethics seem to be very serious. How do you balance that with letting loose once in a while?

Derin Kilic: It's all about finding the right balance. I know when to focus and put in the work, but I also know when to relax and enjoy myself. It's important to have a good balance in life.

Reporter: Speaking of balance, you seem to have powered through injuries and concussions in the past. How do you manage to stay healthy?

Derin Kilic: I've definitely had my fair share of injuries, but I just try to take care of my body as best as I can. I know I probably won't age well, but I'm just focused on playing the best I can while I can.

Reporter: You mentioned you like clubs that pay their players well. What are your thoughts on Cobras United in that regard?

Derin Kilic: Cobras United has been great to me, and I appreciate everything they've done for me. I think it's important for players to be taken care of financially, and Cobras United has done that for me.

Reporter: Lastly, what is your favorite formation and play style?

Derin Kilic: My favorite formation is 4-5-1, and I love defending. I take pride in keeping clean sheets and shutting down the opposition's attack. It's what I do best.
