Melina Lyda: Thank you for having me. My practice ethics are extremely strict. I believe in giving my all every single day to become the best footballer I can be. I have sacrificed everything else in my life to focus solely on my goal of thriving as a footballer.

Reporter: That's very commendable. How do you ensure that you stay healthy and maintain peak performance on the field?

Melina Lyda: I treat my body like it's my most important asset. I turn down fun late nights and new athletic challenges to prioritize my health. It's crucial for me to have a long and successful career as a footballer.

Reporter: Do you have a favorite club to play against in the league?

Melina Lyda: Definitely RAI. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a tough match, which I enjoy.

Reporter: And finally, what is your favorite formation and play style on the field?

Melina Lyda: I prefer a 4-4-1-1 formation and love playing an attacking style. I enjoy being in the thick of the action and creating scoring opportunities for my team.
