Exclusive Interview with Cobras United's Midfielder, Romina Fierro
Reporter: Romina, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's jump right into it. How would you assess your current form this season?
Romina: Thank you for having me. Personally, I believe my recent form has been exceptional. I've been putting in the work on the field and it's starting to pay off. Although I haven't scored any goals or provided any assists yet, I am confident that I can contribute more to the team's success.
Reporter: You mentioned the team's success. Cobras United is currently ranked seventh out of ten teams. What can you say about your team's performance so far?
Romina: It's true that our current ranking is not ideal, but we are working hard to improve. We have a talented group of players, and I believe we can climb up the table with the right mindset and determination. We just need to find our rhythm and ensure that we are all on the same page.
Reporter: Speaking of playing as a team, what is your favorite formation to play in?
Romina: I've always been fond of the 3-5-2 formation. It allows for a balanced midfield and provides plenty of opportunities for me to contribute both defensively and offensively. It also allows for flexibility and adaptability during the match, which I find exciting.
Reporter: And what about your favorite play style?
Romina: I prefer a neutral play style. It's important to have a good mix of attacking and defensive strategies. By staying neutral, we can adapt to different opponents and exploit their weaknesses while also ensuring we are solid at the back. It's all about finding the right balance.
Reporter: We've heard that you enjoy playing against LUC. Is there a particular reason why?
Romina: Yes, I do enjoy playing against LUC. They are a tough team with a strong lineup, and I thrive on challenging myself against the best. It pushes me to give my all on the pitch and helps me grow as a player. Plus, the atmosphere during those matches is always electric.
Reporter: Now, let's delve into your personal life. We've heard that you are not known for your willingness to put in extra work during practice. Could you shed some light on that?
Romina: I'd say that's a fair assessment. Football is important to me, but so is having fun and spending time with my family. I believe that balance is important in life, and it reflects in my approach to training. However, it's not to say that I don't work hard. I may not be the first one on the pitch, but I always make sure to give my best when it matters.
Reporter: It's interesting to hear about your perspective. On a different note, we've also heard that you've been adopting healthier habits as you get older. Could you tell us more about that?
Romina: Absolutely. As a young player, I must admit I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, with age and experience, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've been gradually incorporating healthier habits into my lifestyle, focusing on nutrition and fitness. Less fast food and more keto, you could say.
Reporter: Lastly, Romina, could you share a random interesting fact about your life?
Romina: Well, not many people know this, but besides football, I have a wide range of interests. I enjoy playing the guitar and painting in my free time. It's a way for me to unwind and express my creativity outside of the pitch.
