Exclusive Interview with Copthorne S.A. Midfielder Jamir Ansari
Interviewer: Jamir, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us. Let's start off by talking about your recent form. You've been exceptional on the field this season, with some standout performances. What do you attribute this success to?
Jamir: Thank you for having me. I think my experience and skill as a midfielder have really come into play this season. I always try to give my best on the pitch and help my team in any way I can.
Interviewer: That's great to hear. You've played four matches this season so far, but have yet to score a goal or provide an assist. Do you feel any pressure to contribute more offensively?
Jamir: Scoring goals and providing assists are important, but I believe that my role in the team is more about defending and controlling the midfield. I trust my teammates to score the goals, and I focus on my strengths.
Interviewer: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker, but also not the worst. How do you balance having fun off the field with meeting the expectations of the club?
Jamir: I believe it's important to enjoy what you do, both on and off the field. I make sure to put in the work during training sessions and matches, but I also make time to relax and have fun with my teammates. It's all about finding the right balance.
Interviewer: You've been known to party all night before a cup final and play through injuries and concussions. Do you think this lifestyle will catch up with you in the long run?
Jamir: I definitely take risks with my health, but I believe in living in the moment and giving my all for the team. I know that my body may not age well, but I'm willing to sacrifice for the game I love.
Interviewer: Lastly, what is your favorite club to play against and why?
Jamir: I always look forward to playing against OSV. They are a tough team to face, but I enjoy the challenge they bring to the game.
