Exclusive Interview with Copthorne S.A.'s Defender Janna Deen
Reporter: Hi Janna, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your practice ethics. You are known for being extremely dedicated to your craft. Can you tell us more about your commitment to training and improving as a player?
Janna: Absolutely. I believe that hard work is the key to success in football. I am willing to do whatever it takes to become the best player I can possibly be. That means sacrificing other aspects of my life, such as socializing or leisure activities, in order to focus solely on my career.
Reporter: That is truly commendable dedication. How do you feel your approach to training has evolved over the years?
Janna: As a young player, I may not have been the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, with age and experience, I have come to realize the importance of taking care of my body. I have started adopting healthier habits, such as cutting down on fast food and following a keto diet, to prolong my career as much as possible.
Reporter: It's great to hear that you are taking steps to prioritize your health. Moving on to your playing style, you have mentioned that you prefer a neutral approach on the field. Can you elaborate on what that means for you as a defender?
Janna: For me, playing a neutral style means being adaptable and versatile in my defensive strategy. I like to be able to read the game and react accordingly, whether that means staying back to defend or pushing up to support the attack. I believe this flexibility is key to being a successful defender.
Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?
Janna: One interesting fact about me is that I have a deep love for animals. I volunteer at a local animal shelter in my free time and have even adopted a few furry friends of my own. It's a nice escape from the intensity of football and allows me to give back to the community in a different way.
