Katya: I treat my body like my most important asset. I prioritize rest, nutrition, and recovery to ensure that I can perform at my best on the field. I may miss out on some fun activities, but it's all worth it to have a long and healthy career as a footballer.

Reporter: You mentioned that your favorite club to play against is COP. What makes those matches stand out to you?

Katya: COP always brings out the best in me. Their style of play challenges me and pushes me to improve. I thrive in those competitive matches.
