Exclusive Interview with Defender Aya Sharif: The Backbone of Ile-de-France Foot

Reporter: Aya, first of all, congratulations on leading Ile-de-France Foot to the top of the league table. How does it feel to be at the top of your game?

Aya: Thank you, it's been a great season so far and I am really proud of what we have achieved as a team. Being at the top of the table is always a great feeling, but we know we have to keep working hard to maintain our position.

Reporter: Your coach has praised your work ethics and dedication to the game. Can you tell us a bit about your practice routine and how you maintain your exceptional form?

Aya: I take my career very seriously and I believe that hard work pays off. I spend a lot of time on and off the pitch working on my game, whether it's through training sessions, video analysis, or physical conditioning. I believe that constant improvement is key to success in football.

Reporter: Your health has been a topic of discussion, with reports of injuries and concussions. How do you manage to push through these challenges and still perform at such a high level?

Aya: It's true that I have had my fair share of injuries, but I believe that mental strength plays a big role in overcoming physical challenges. I have a great support system in my teammates and coaching staff, and I always push myself to the limit to get back on the field as soon as possible.

Reporter: We've heard that you love to let loose once in a while. Can you tell us about a memorable off-field moment that you cherish?

Aya: (laughs) Well, I do believe in maintaining a balance between work and play. One of my favorite off-field moments was when my teammates and I celebrated a big win by going out for a karaoke night. It was a great way to relax and bond as a team.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us your favorite memory of playing against ROY, your favorite club to compete against?

Aya: ROY is always a tough opponent, but I love the challenge of playing against them. One of my favorite memories was when we beat them in a thrilling 4-3 match, with me scoring the winning goal in the last minute. It was a moment I will never forget.

Reporter: Thank you for your time, Aya. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season.

Aya: Thank you, it was a pleasure speaking with you.
