Exclusive Interview with Defender Jordis Mattson

Reporter: Jordis, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us for this exclusive interview. Let's start off by talking about your current club, Cusco Conductores. How do you feel about the team's performance so far this season?

Jordis: I think we've been doing really well. Our recent form has been exceptional, and I believe we have a strong chance of clinching the title this year. As a defender, I take a lot of pride in our defensive record, having only conceded 9 goals in 13 matches.

Reporter: That's quite an impressive statistic. Can you tell us about your practice ethics and how you maintain such a high level of performance on the pitch?

Jordis: I live and breathe football. My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I work tirelessly every day to improve my skills and fitness. As I've gotten older, I've started to adopt healthier habits to prolong my career, like switching to a more ketogenic diet.

Reporter: It sounds like you are truly dedicated to your craft. Do you have a favorite club to play against in the league?

Jordis: Definitely AVL. Their attacking play style always makes for an exciting match, and I enjoy the challenge of facing off against their forwards.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Jordis: I actually have a twin brother who used to play football as well. We were inseparable growing up and pushed each other to become better players. Unfortunately, he had to retire due to a career-ending injury, but he still supports me in everything I do.
