Exclusive Interview with Defender Linn Bergquist

Reporter: Linn, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start with your current club, the Doha Falcons. How has the season been going for you so far?
Linn Bergquist: It's been a great season for us as a team. We are currently ranked 3rd out of 10 teams and I couldn't be happier with our performance. I've played in 3 matches this season and have only conceded 1 goal, so I'm pretty pleased with my own form as well.
Reporter: That's impressive! Can you tell us a bit about your practice ethics and how you maintain your exceptional skill level on the field?
Linn Bergquist: I wouldn't say I'm the hardest worker on the team, but I always put in the work required to meet the expectations of the club. I also never turn down an opportunity to have fun, as long as it doesn't affect my performance on the field. I believe in enjoying the game while also giving it my all.
Reporter: You mentioned earlier that your body is more of a ruin than a temple. How do you manage to stay healthy and perform at such a high level despite the wear and tear?
Linn Bergquist: I've been through my fair share of injuries and concussions, but I've always pushed through them to play for my team. I guess you could say I have a high pain tolerance and a strong will to compete. I know that my body might not age well, but I'm focused on the present and giving my best every time I step on the pitch.
Reporter: Finally, can you tell us a bit about your favorite club to play against and your preferred formation and play style?
Linn Bergquist: My favorite club to play against is definitely HOS. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a tough and competitive match. I prefer playing in a 4-5-1 formation and my play style is neutral, I adapt to whatever the situation requires on the field.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Linn. It was great getting to know more about your career and playing style.
Linn Bergquist: Thank you for having me. It was a pleasure to chat with you.
