Ricki Schaefer: I treat my body like a temple. I follow a strict diet, adhere to a rigorous training regimen, and prioritize rest and recovery. I believe that taking care of my body is essential for a long and successful career in football.
Reporter: You have yet to play a match this season, but your recent form has been exceptional. How do you stay motivated despite not seeing game time?
Ricki Schaefer: My motivation comes from within. I am constantly pushing myself to improve and be ready for whenever my chance comes. I know that hard work pays off, and I trust that my time will come soon.

Ricki Schaefer: Definitely COP. They always bring out the best in me, and the competition is fierce. I thrive in high-pressure situations, and playing against COP always brings out the best in me.

Ricki Schaefer: Well, despite my intense focus on football, I actually have a passion for cooking. I find it to be a great way to unwind and relax after a hard day of training. It's my way of taking a break from football and indulging in something I truly enjoy.
