Irma Bauer: I understand that some people may see me as lazy, but I believe in finding a balance between work and life outside of football. It's important to enjoy what you do and not burn yourself out. I may not be the first one on the training ground, but I make sure to give my all during matches.

Irma Bauer: I would have to say our match against BBZ. It's always a tough game, but I enjoy the challenge of facing them. Plus, it's a great opportunity to showcase my skills as a defender.
