Rupert: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. But with age and experience, I have started adopting healthier habits. I'm now focusing on a more balanced diet, with less fast food and more keto-friendly options to prolong my career.

Rupert: GAU always bring out the best in me. Their style of play challenges me as a defender, and I thrive in those high-pressure situations. It's always a tough match, but I enjoy the competition.
