Porsche Emery: It's all about finding that balance. I know when to push myself and when to take a step back and recharge. Whether it's hitting the gym or enjoying some downtime with friends and family, I make sure to take care of my mental and physical well-being.

Porsche Emery: As a young player, I may not have been the most health-conscious, but as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. From eating better to focusing on recovery, I've noticed a significant improvement in my overall performance and endurance.

Porsche Emery: Sure! I actually have a black belt in taekwondo. It's something I've been passionate about since I was a kid, and it's helped me both on and off the field in terms of discipline and focus.
