Exclusive Interview with Himachal Avalanche's Defender Ji Wei

Reporter: Ji Wei, it's great to have the opportunity to sit down and chat with you. Let's start off by talking about your recent form and the fact that you haven't played any matches this season. Can you shed some light on why that is?

Ji Wei: Thank you for having me. Yes, it's true that I haven't played any matches this season. Unfortunately, I suffered a minor injury during pre-season training and my coach and I decided it would be best for me to fully recover before returning to the pitch.

Reporter: That's understandable. It's great to see that you're taking your health seriously. Speaking of which, I've heard that you've been making changes to your diet to prolong your career. Can you tell us more about that?

Ji Wei: Yes, as I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I've started to adopt a healthier diet, focusing on more keto-friendly foods and cutting down on fast food. It's made a significant difference in my energy levels and overall well-being.

Reporter: That's fantastic to hear. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against, LUC. What is it about playing against them that excites you?

Ji Wei: Playing against LUC always brings out the best in me. They have a strong attacking lineup, and I enjoy the challenge of defending against them. It pushes me to improve my skills and tactics, which ultimately benefits my team.

Reporter: And finally, can you share with us a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Ji Wei: One interesting fact about me is that I am an avid collector of vintage vinyl records. I find music to be a great source of inspiration and relaxation, especially during my downtime. It's a hobby that brings me joy and helps me unwind from the pressures of professional football.

Reporter: Thank you for sharing that with us, Ji Wei. It's been a pleasure speaking with you and getting to know more about your career and personal interests. Good luck with your recovery and we look forward to seeing you back on the pitch soon.

Ji Wei: Thank you, it's been a pleasure. I can't wait to get back out there and continue doing what I love.
