Exclusive Interview with Himachal Avalanche's Makai Mahana

Reporter: Thank you for sitting down with us, Makai. How do you feel about your current form this season?
Makai Mahana: It's been a bit of a rollercoaster, to be honest. I've had some good games and some not-so-good games. But I'm always looking to improve and help the team as much as I can.
Reporter: You've been known to have a unique approach to your practice ethics. Can you elaborate on that?
Makai Mahana: I just believe in finding the balance between hard work and having fun. I don't see the point in killing myself in training if it's not going to make a difference on the pitch. But at the same time, I always make sure to meet the expectations of the club and give it my all during matches.
Reporter: You've had quite a colorful career so far. How do you manage to stay healthy despite your partying and injury history?
Makai Mahana: *laughs* I guess I've just been lucky so far. I try to take care of myself as best as I can, but I do like to enjoy life off the pitch as well. I know it might catch up to me eventually, but for now, I'm just focused on playing my best.
Reporter: And finally, what's your favorite part about playing against COB?
Makai Mahana: They always bring out the best in me. The competition is fierce, and I thrive in those intense matches. Plus, the fans are always passionate, which adds to the atmosphere.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Makai. Best of luck with the rest of the season.
Makai Mahana: Thank you. It's been a pleasure.
