Reporter: Your practice ethics have been praised by your coach. Can you tell us a bit about how you prepare for matches and maintain your high level of play?
Taj: I take my career very seriously, both on and off the pitch. I spend a lot of time training and working on my game, but I also know how to relax and have fun when needed. As I've gotten older, I've started to focus more on my health and fitness to prolong my career.
