Exclusive Interview with Ile-de-France Foot's Midfield Maestro Anjay Lutfi

Reporter: Thank you for joining us, Anjay. Let's start off by talking about your practice ethics. You're known for your dedication to the game, but some say you take it to the extreme. How do you respond to that?

Anjay Lutfi: Football is my life. I eat, sleep, and breathe the game. I believe that in order to succeed, you have to give everything you have. Sacrifices need to be made, and for me, that means putting in the work every single day.

Reporter: It's clear that your hard work is paying off, given your recent good form. What do you attribute that to?

Anjay Lutfi: Experience. As I've grown older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body and adopting healthier habits. I used to indulge in fast food, but now I focus on a keto diet to prolong my career. It's all about making smart choices both on and off the pitch.

Reporter: You've managed to rack up three assists this season, but have yet to score a goal. Does that bother you?

Anjay Lutfi: Not at all. As a midfielder, my main focus is on setting up my teammates for success. If I can contribute in that way and help the team win, then I'm happy. Goals will come eventually, but for now, I'm content with my assist record.

Reporter: Your favorite club to play against is SYC. Why is that?

Anjay Lutfi: I enjoy facing tough competition, and SYC always brings their A-game. It's a challenge that I look forward to, and it pushes me to elevate my performance on the pitch.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life off the field?

Anjay Lutfi: Despite my intense focus on football, I have a hidden talent for painting. It's a way for me to unwind and express myself creatively. Football may be my passion, but art is my escape.
