Ingar Quist: I may not be known for my willingness to put in extra work, but I make sure to stay active and keep myself fit. I enjoy spending time with my family and having fun off the pitch, but I also know the importance of staying healthy and ready to perform when called upon.
Reporter: Do you have a favorite club to play against in the league?
Ingar Quist: Definitely BDB. They always bring out the best in me and it's always a competitive match when we face off against each other.
Reporter: What is your favorite formation and play style on the field?
Ingar Quist: I love playing in a 4-3-3 formation with an attacking style. I enjoy being up front and creating scoring opportunities for my team.
