Reporter: Josef, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your recent form. Despite not playing any matches this season, your performance has been exceptional. How have you been able to maintain such high standards?

Josef: Thank you for having me. I believe that staying mentally and physically prepared is key to maintaining good form, even if I haven't had the chance to showcase it on the field yet this season. I always try to stay focused and ready for any opportunity that may come my way.

Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker but also not the worst. How do you balance putting in the work with having fun?

Josef: I think it's important to find a good balance between work and play. While I may not be the hardest worker, I always make sure to meet the expectations of the club and give my best effort on the field. And of course, I always enjoy having fun when I can, as long as it doesn't interfere with my performance.

Reporter: Your healthiness has been a topic of discussion, with some describing your body as more of a ruin. How do you manage to keep playing through injuries and other challenges?

Josef: I've always been one to push through pain and challenges in order to keep playing the game I love. While it may not be the healthiest approach, I believe it's important to give my all for the team, no matter the circumstances.

Reporter: Lastly, can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and your favorite formation and play style?

Josef: My favorite club to play against is AVL, as the matches are always intense and competitive. I prefer playing in a 4-2-3-1 formation and I would describe my play style as neutral, adapting to the needs of the team and the game.
