Karlene Frey: I think it's a combination of hard work and experience. As I've gotten older, I've focused more on taking care of my body and adopting healthier habits. It's definitely paid off on the pitch.

Karlene Frey: Football has always been my passion, and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to succeed in this sport. That means dedicating myself fully to training and practice, even if it means sacrificing other aspects of my life.

Karlene Frey: Well, I actually have a twin sister who used to play football as well. We were quite the dynamic duo on the pitch growing up, but she eventually decided to pursue a different career path. It's always been a special bond between us.
