Exclusive Interview with Lagos Sunshine FC Defender Berk Selim

Reporter: Berk, thank you for taking the time to speak with us. Let's start with your current club, Lagos Sunshine FC. How do you feel about the team's performance so far this season?

Berk: Well, I think we've been doing okay. Our recent form has been good, but we still have a lot of work to do to climb up the rankings. I think we can improve our defense and try to concede fewer goals.

Reporter: Speaking of defense, you are known for your love of defending. What attracts you to this style of play?

Berk: I've always enjoyed the challenge of stopping the opposing team from scoring. It's a tough job, but I thrive on the pressure. Plus, I believe that a solid defense is the foundation for a successful team.

Reporter: You have played against many clubs in your career. Is there a particular club that stands out as your favorite opponent?

Berk: Definitely BDB. They always bring out the best in me and I enjoy the competitive spirit of our matches.

Reporter: We've heard that you have a wide range of interests outside of football. Can you tell us a little bit about that?

Berk: Yes, I do have other interests besides football. I enjoy spending time with my family and having fun with friends. I believe in living a balanced life, not just focusing on one thing.

Reporter: Finally, do you have any goals or ambitions for the rest of the season with Lagos Sunshine FC?

Berk: My main goal is to help the team improve our ranking and hopefully qualify for the championship. I will continue to give my best on the field and support my teammates in any way I can.
