Exclusive Interview with Lagos Sunshine FC Defender Karl Lutz

Interviewer: Karl, thank you for taking the time to sit down with us today. Let's start with your recent form, which has been exceptional despite not having played any matches this season. How do you maintain such a high level of performance without actually being on the pitch?

Karl Lutz: Thank you for having me. It's all about practice and dedication. I may not have played any matches yet, but I never stop training and pushing myself to be the best player I can be. My goal is to thrive as a footballer, and I will do whatever it takes to achieve that, even if it means sacrificing everything else in my life.

Interviewer: That level of commitment is truly impressive. How have you managed to maintain your skill and fitness at the age of 35?

Karl Lutz: As I've gotten older, I've realized the importance of taking care of my body. I may not have been the most health-conscious earlier in my career, but now I focus on eating right and staying in peak physical condition. It's all part of my plan to prolong my career and continue playing at a high level.

Interviewer: You mentioned earlier that your favorite club to play against is SLB. What is it about facing them that you enjoy?

Karl Lutz: SLB always brings out the best in me. The competition is fierce, and I thrive in that kind of environment. It pushes me to elevate my game and test my skills against top-quality opponents.

Interviewer: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Karl Lutz: Well, not many people know this, but I actually have a passion for cooking. When I'm not on the pitch or training, you can often find me experimenting in the kitchen and creating new dishes. It's a nice way to relax and unwind from the intensity of football.

Interviewer: Thank you for sharing that with us, Karl. We wish you the best of luck for the rest of the season with Lagos Sunshine FC.

Karl Lutz: Thank you. It's been a pleasure.
