Exclusive Interview with Lagos Sunshine FC Defender Willy Conrad

Reporter: Good morning, Willy. Thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your current club, Lagos Sunshine FC. What do you like the most about playing for them?

Willy: Well, I really appreciate the fact that Lagos Sunshine FC invest a lot in player development. As an experienced player, I believe that continuous growth is essential to stay at the top of my game.

Reporter: That's great to hear. Can you tell us a bit about your practice ethics and how you strive to improve as a footballer?

Willy: My only goal in life is to thrive as a footballer, even if that means sacrificing everything else around me. I have no friends, no fun. Just work all day, every day. I do everything I can to get better, everything.

Reporter: It's clear that you are dedicated to your craft. How do you maintain your health as you get older and more experienced on the field?

Willy: As a young player, I wasn't the most health-conscious on the pitch. However, with age and experience, I have been progressively taking steps to prolong my career by adopting healthier habits. Less fast food, more keto.

Reporter: Interesting to hear about your commitment to a healthier lifestyle. Now, let's talk about your favorite club to play against. Why do you enjoy facing IDF?

Willy: IDF has always been a tough opponent, and I thrive on the challenge they bring to the game. It pushes me to be at my best and helps me improve as a player.

Reporter: Lastly, can you share a random interesting fact about your life outside of football?

Willy: Well, not many people know this, but I am actually an avid chess player. I find that the strategic thinking required in chess helps me on the football field as well.
