Exclusive Interview with Lagos Sunshine FC Forward Chong He
Reporter: Chong, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start off by talking about your current form. Your recent performances have been exceptional, but you have yet to feature in any matches this season. Can you tell us why?
Chong He: Thank you for having me. Yes, unfortunately, I have been dealing with a minor injury that has kept me out of action so far this season. But I have been working hard to get back to full fitness and hope to be back on the pitch soon.
Reporter: That's great to hear that you are taking your recovery seriously. Speaking of your work ethics, your coach has praised you for your dedication to improving your game. Can you tell us a bit about your practice habits?
Chong He: I take my career very seriously and I always strive to be the best player I can be. I spend a lot of time on and off the pitch working on my skills and fitness. But I also know the importance of relaxation and balance, so I do like to have some fun and let loose once in a while.
Reporter: It's important to find that balance. As you get older, have you found yourself adopting healthier habits to prolong your career?
Chong He: Absolutely. When I was younger, I didn't pay much attention to my diet and overall health. But as I have gotten older and more experienced, I have realized the importance of taking care of my body. I have been focusing on eating healthier and staying fit to ensure I can continue to perform at a high level for as long as possible.
Reporter: That's great to hear. Lastly, can you tell us about your favorite club to play against and your preferred formation and play style?
Chong He: I always enjoy playing against OLP. They are a strong team and it's always a good challenge. My favorite formation is 4-4-1-1 and I prefer a defending play style. I believe a strong defense is key to success on the pitch.

Chong He: Sure! One random fact about me is that I am also a talented musician and enjoy playing the guitar in my free time. It's a great way for me to relax and unwind away from the football pitch.
