Patrice Rouse: It's all about mental toughness. I've learned to push through the pain and focus on the task at hand. I know my body may not age well, but I'll make sure to give it my all while I can.

Patrice Rouse: BDB always brings out the best in me. The competition is fierce, and I love the challenge they present on the pitch.
