Exclusive Interview with Makoto Ikeda: The Party Animal Midfielder Reveals All
Reporter: Makoto, thank you for sitting down with us today. Let's start off with your recent form on the pitch. You've played 8 matches this season with Cusco Conductores, but have yet to score a goal. How do you feel about your performance so far?
Makoto: Well, to be honest, I'm not too concerned about scoring goals. My main focus is on helping the team as much as I can, whether that's through assists or defending. As long as we can secure some wins, I'm happy.
Reporter: Speaking of assists, you've managed to provide 6 assists this season. What do you attribute that success to?
Makoto: I think my favorite play style of defending really helps me in setting up my teammates for goals. I may not be the flashiest player on the pitch, but I do my best to create opportunities for the team.
Reporter: Your practice ethics have been described as not the hardest worker, but also not the worst. How do you balance putting in the work with having fun off the field?
Makoto: It's all about finding the right balance. I know when it's time to focus and work hard, but I also believe that having fun and enjoying life is important. As long as I can meet the expectations of the club, I see no harm in letting loose every now and then.
Reporter: Lastly, there are rumors that you have an interesting fact about your personal life. Care to share with us?
Makoto: Well, it's not a secret that I enjoy the nightlife. But what people don't know is that I actually have a side business as a DJ. Music has always been a passion of mine, and being able to share that with others brings me a lot of joy.
Reporter: That's certainly unexpected! Thank you for sharing that with us, Makoto. We wish you the best of luck with the rest of the season.
Makoto: Thank you, it was my pleasure.
