Exclusive Interview with Makoto Nakamura: The Rising Star of Ile-de-France Foot

Reporter: Makoto, thank you for taking the time to speak with us today. Let's start with your current club, Ile-de-France Foot. You're in a great position in the league right now, how do you feel about your team's performance so far?
Makoto Nakamura: Thank you for having me. I think we've been doing really well as a team. We have a strong defensive line and our midfield is creating a lot of chances for us forwards. I'm confident that we can continue to push for that top spot.
Reporter: Speaking of forwards, you have yet to score a goal this season. How do you plan on changing that?
Makoto Nakamura: Scoring goals is always on my mind, but I believe in the process. As long as I keep working hard in training and stay focused during matches, the goals will come.
Reporter: Your practice ethics are known to be extreme. Can you tell us more about your dedication to the game?
Makoto Nakamura: Football is my life. I eat, sleep, and breathe the sport. I'm willing to do whatever it takes to improve and be the best player I can be. Sacrifices need to be made, but it's all worth it in the end.
Reporter: It's no secret that you have a reputation for pushing through injuries and playing through pain. How do you manage to stay healthy despite this?
Makoto Nakamura: I have a high pain tolerance and I trust our medical staff to keep me in top shape. It's all part of the game, and I'll do whatever it takes to help my team win.
Reporter: Lastly, tell us about your favorite club to play against and why.
Makoto Nakamura: I love playing against AVL. They're a tough opponent, but I thrive under pressure. It's always a challenge going up against them, but it pushes me to be better.
Reporter: Thank you for your time, Makoto. We wish you all the best for the rest of the season.
Makoto Nakamura: Thank you. I'll do my best to make my team and fans proud.
